Munich, 12 May 2016 – Following the acquisition of the “Industriehaus Am Wehrhahn” in Düsseldorf in 2015, DIC Asset AG has acquired the second building complex of the historic building ensemble for their specialised open property fund “DIC Office Balance II” as well.

LPA was responsible for the comprehensive legal advice and accompanied all phases of the real estate acquisition. The modern office and commercial building with a rental area of approx. 8,000 sqm is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the Düsseldorf development area “Le Quartier Central”. Having been completely renewed during the years 2014/2015 the building has been adapted to modern office and energy efficiency requirements.

As with the two other DIC funds, IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH serves as service capital management company.
