Munich, 15 November 2017 – A French fund held by AMUNDI REAL ESTATE has acquired the office and commercial building known as “Three George” located at Georg-Glock-Strasse in Düsseldorf. Seller is MOMENI Gruppe based in Hamburg and operative throughout Germany. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

The former high-rise building of insurer Deutsche Krankenversicherung was fully renovated and enlarged by MOMENI. The state-of-the-art building was designed by internationally renowned star architect Hadi Teherani and comprises approx. 14,000 sqm space. The refurbishment took place in compliance with “green building” standards according to the LEED gold standard. Comprising mostly of office space the high-rise complex includes showrooms, food-and-beverage and retail space. Anchor tenants of the property are APOprojekt, a leading company for commercial tenant fit-outs in Germany, Sthree, an international recruitment specialist and IC Group, a Danish apparel company.
